Summerspell is a small, quaint 30 unit complex that offers an affordable family vacation. This gulf view complex offers a community pool, hot tub, bbq grills, laundry on-site and wireless internet access for a small fee. A short 50 yard walk and you are sticking your toes in some of the whitest sand that the Emerald Coast has to offer.
 
Each condo is tastefully decorated and offers 1 bedroom/1 bath that sleeps 6. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds built into the hall area, and a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy your fully stocked kitchen just right for dining in, along with a living and dining area. These condos are sure to please. Walking paths and new beach access were completed in the spring of 2009 for your enjoyment. Beach access is located directly in front of this complex.
 
This well-kept complex offers palm trees, flowers and beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy. The pool area offers loungers, tables and chairs where you can come and watch the kids play or soak up the rays. Enjoy the sunset on your balcony with your favorite chilled drink as you unwind for the day.
 
Pompano Joes world famous gulf-front restaurant is located across from this complex. Dining, entertainment, fishing, golfing, bike/scooter rentals and much, much more is all within a short distance of Summerspell.
