There is a king size bed in the master and 1st guest bedroom and twin bunk beds in the 2nd guest bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a Pack N Play for those traveling with small children. The condo is pet-friendly (<35lbs). Perfect for the whole family getaway.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the breath-taking emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast. The unit is just steps away from the crystal clear sandy beach, approx. 50 yards.
The Ciboney Complex offers a nice area with charcoal grills for grilling with the family with a community pool and tennis courts. The private beach access is located just across Scenic Gulf Drive.

We had a wonderful experience this past week at Summerspell 304! Monica REALLY went over and beyond and SAVED OUR VACATION!!! Our original flight got canceled so we had to move our vacation back a day. Monica was able to accommodate us by pushing us back a day! Literally saved our vacation and turned a very stressful situation into relief! We stayed 7 nights and were able to meet and get to know some of the other summerspell guests. Many had been there year after year with nothing but great things to say! We even met a couple owners who were so nice and welcoming, really made us feel like part of a community! We were very excited to see our unit #1 right on the road with the great view of the beach! Upon arrival we were pretty disappointed. Unit needed a lot of updating!. It had been very neglected. We immediately emailed the Beachbum Management and Monica called me back within minutes! She sent her son over. He agreed with us. He tried to fix some things right away! He was awesome!!
