This is a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome that offers room to entertain out and relax. The two spacious bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and oversized closet with an en-suite bathroom. A balcony opens up off the master bedroom with beautiful views of the water. The other large bedroom has 2 twin beds and an oversized closet with a guest bathroom. This room is comfortable and spacious enough for the kids to share. Downstairs offers a large living space with a queen sofa bed, flat screen TV and a large balcony that offers a lovely gulf view.
The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities you will need to cook a full meal. A large breakfast bar and dining area also accommodates 6 - 8 people.
Full washer/dryer available in unit. The complex is just across the street from the public beach access and offers a community pool.

"Great place!We came to FL for our daughter's wedding, had 50+ guests staying up and down 30a and a few in Miramar, we were in the perfect location to meet up with our groups and then reorganize at the end of the day.The quick walk to the beach made the few hours of down time enjoyable, probably wouldn't have had as many beach days without the easy access.Our property manager Monica was great! Very attentive and easy to get a hold of.The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the super slow golf cart. We were really needing the golf cart due to the amount of people we were meeting up with, but it was too slow to use, had to rent one, which was NOT cheap.
