Monica was wonderful getting us checked in a tad early. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the floors were very clean. The reason for the three stars and not five is the unit needs a remodel very badly. Popcorn ceilings with old paint and the shower curtain rod was so crusty and rusted it totally grossed me out. Faucets and fixtures as well furniture needs to be replaced. The nightstand had something growing in it. I would stay with beach bums again but not in this unit.- Anonymous , Posted: 11/29/2021
This condo met all our needs from proximity to the beach, to accommodating our pet needs, to the cleanliness of the space. The rental company was very responsive throughout our interaction. It was a great house for a family of 12! Loved the golf carts to get us to and from places. The house was set up great however the only complaint would be when we went to grill it was dirty, and stuff (rugs and blankets)was left in washer and dryer. But otherwise the house was great and we had an amazing time! Just be careful about the rules of when and where to put garbage out!- Anonymous , Posted: 8/14/2021

This was our first visit to Destin. We had a fabulous time. The house was so welcoming , nice and clean and well equipped for many. All TV's worked perfectly, the kitchen is well stocked with lots of dish ware .... perfect for our group. There is a fun surprise in the primary bedroom - a massage bed! Plenty of beach equipment , chairs and umbrellas which we loaded on the golf carts to enjoy at the beach. It was great to have the two golf carts, that run well. Cruising around the resort we noticed all drivers are careful on low speed. It was easy to drive the carts to the beach, supermarket and all roads lead back to the house, all a safe place. The sweet smell of honeysuckle was everywhere . Sitting on the back patio with a glass of wine overlooking the pond filled with blooming lilly pads was a relaxing time each evening.
