Great Beach Accessibility
Summer Spell 304 was a perfect place for our family. My husband and I and our three teenage sons had an amazing time. The condo was neatly decorated and had all the amenities and space we could need. The views of the ocean from the balcony were breathtaking. The easy access to the beach was my favorite part. I loved being able to walk across the street in the morning to drink my coffee. The early morning and evening hours at the beach were quiet and less crowded, midday the beach was crowded but still enjoyable. Pompano Joe's restaurant was just a quick walk down the beach. Access to shopping, golf cart rentals, parasailing and jet skis were all close by. Walking was easy and felt safe at all times of the day. Beach Bums was easy to reach by phone or text and replied within a reasonable time. This was our first visit to the Florida panhandle and we were not dissapointed by the location or the condo. "The place was awesome. It was very clean. Very comfortable. We got there and the next morning I went to make coffee and the glass as pot was broken at the bottom. They had contacted me to see how our stay was going and I just wanted to let them know that it wasn't us that broke it. They apologized and wanted to bring another coffee pot.
