Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy? Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Do you allow pets? We do have pet friendly units. Please see our Pet Friendly section on the home page of our website. Max of (2) pets. One (1) pet fee is $150 and the additional pet is $50. The primary pet is automatically included as a charge and the additional pet would have to be manually added to your reservation.
How many cars can we bring? Each property has a (2) car minimum. Depending on the specific property, there is overflow parking available. Please reach out to management for clarification on where it is located.
How do we get our unit code and information? You must sign and submit back your rental agreement to receive the unit door code and other important information. Once this is signed, you will receive an automatic email on the day of arrival at 3 p.m. CT. Failure to sign the rental agreement will result in the information not being sent to you.
Can we check in early? We cannot guarantee early check ins, as a guest may have been checking out the day of your arrival and housekeeping needs the proper time to clean and sanitize your accommodations.
Can we check out late? During the busy season and around holidays we cannot allow late departures, as our housekeeping team has a schedule to adhere to get the unit ready for the next guest.
How do we contact someone if we have an issue? We are available for any issues or questions during business hours 7 days a week 9-5, After-hour emergencies will be directly addressed by calling the emergency number that will be provided to you with your check information.
Is WIFI available? All units have free Wi-Fi, and the username and password will be in the unit information that we send of the day of your arrival.
Are there any handicap accessible properties? Some of our properties do not have elevators or technically addressed for handicap accessibility. Please reach out to management if you have a question about a specific property.
When will my payments be taken out? We will manually run your credit card on or around the date of your scheduled payment. Should you have a change in credit cards or person in which may be contributing to the payment balance, please reach out to us to let us know prior to the payment date.
Do you recommend travel insurance? We highly recommend travel insurance! You never know what factors may come up unexpectedly with anyone of your party. Reserving a vacation rental is an investment and we don’t want you to lose any part of your payments, due to our cancellation policy.
